Rules for Reservation:

- We do not charge any tax for service
- Time to Check In: 13:00 pm.
- Time to Check Out: 11:00 am.
- The need to overcome this time please consult in advance for availability and cost.
- The period of new years eve, carnival and holidays we work with packages.
- Check out our promotions of low and high season.
- We work with 30%*(from the total of the reservation) signal, the rest can be paid upon arrival, in cash or credit/debit card. - Also can paid the entired reservation by credit/debit card.
- We accept VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD AND DINERS.
- Voltage local 220v

* The 30% can be done via credit/debit card or bank deposit. If card with the confirmation will be made within 24hs, if bank deposit within 72 hs (Except for both cases end of week and holidays)

   Cancellation Reserve:

- Cancellation up to 30 days in advance: return with recovery of 10% on the value sent.
- Cancellation of 29 to 15 days in advance: return with recovery of 40% on the value sent.
- Cancellation of 15 to 7 days: the value become as a credit to stay in another moment within the next 365 days.
- Cancellation of less than 7 days: there will be no return or credits for future use..
